I'm a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for patient-centered care. I combine clinical expertise with empathy to help individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. I graduated with my Master's Degree in nursing from Walden University in Minnesota. I have worked in Corrections, caring for patients with chronic and acute medical conditions. I have also worked as a Home Health, Rehabilitation, Infectious diseases, and Geriatric Primary Care Provider in Arizona. I am also experienced in Psychiatric Healthcare and taking care of patients who need medication-assisted treatment (MAT). I have provided Primary Healthcare Care Services for over four years, focusing on preventative care, physical assessment, and chronic care management. As a Primary Care Practitioner, I am always interested in providing care services focusing on the health and well-being of all the people I am privileged to work with. I always deliver quality patient care, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling.
