Hello, I'm David Hamilton, a dedicated Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My passion is to provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health care to my patients. With a strong background in both clinical instruction and hands-on experience in diverse psychiatric settings, I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of those I care for.
I earned my Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from Purdue University Global, and my Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. My journey in nursing started with an Associate’s degree from San Joaquin Valley College.
In my clinical practice, I have conducted thorough psychiatric assessments, managed medication regimens, and provided individual and group therapy. My work spans across settings like Pacific Grove Hospital and outpatient mental health clinics, where I have helped patients dealing with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and more.
