As a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), I provide integrative psychiatric care that treats the whole person — mind, body, and nervous system. Each treatment plan is personalized and may include psychotherapy, medication when appropriate, ketamine-based therapies, targeted supplements, mindfulness, breathwork, and lifestyle interventions.
