I am a good listener that likes to get input from the individual prior to making suggestions and providing education. I also expect collaboration from my clients, who will practice what I consider the ABC’s of treatment progress: adhering to discussed treatment, being brave/bold enough to consider the possibilities of changes in treatment, and challenging yourself to seek complementary treatment (psychotherapy, exercise, diet, strengthening your support system, etc.), as not all problems are solved by medications.
