A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan. Services include: Seasonal allergies, UTI, smoking cessation, erectile dysfunction (need recent blood pressure), migraines, insomnia, COVID-19, motion sickness, chlamydia/gonorrhea (must have recent confirmation), strep throat,

Medications service is for you to prescribe and dispense medications directly to your patients. You manage medication details, shipping, and patient communication.

An initial visit with a provider typically includes a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and discussion regarding possible treatment plan. To proceed with weight loss medication, patient will need most recent lab work (within last 3 months). If labs not provided may be ordered for additional fee

This test is used to assess for common alterations that can lead to fatigue: CMP, CBC, TSH, B12 and folate, and vitamin D.

The urine culture isolates and identifies significant pathogens that cause urinary tract infections

The 96 IgG Food Sensitivity Panel measures IgG response to 96 commonly consumed foods. This is the blood spot version of the test. Supplies will be sent to patient address for testing 

After receiving one-on-one consultation with the healthcare provider, if there are no contradictions a monthly prescription of Semaglutide will be ordered at provider's discretion, patient will receive 3 day access to our wellness app where your healthcare provider can access your eating habits, and patient will receive our complimentary nutrition guide.  

One month prescription of Semaglutide 0.5 mg 

One month prescription of Semaglutide 1 mg
