I am a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health. I have provided care to both children and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings at Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health. My expertise lies in treating mental disorders across age groups 15 to 65+, including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, attention deficit disorder, early dementia, stress, anger, and insomnia.
