Welcome to your first weight management visit! NOTE: No Phentermine Products.
We’ll order labs, review your health history, and design a personalized plan focused on nutrition, movement, and non-controlled medication options. Please have a scale, blood pressure cuff, and measuring tape ready for progress tracking. This visit begins your monthly membership; pricing varies based on your treatment plan. Lab fees are additional. No controlled substances prescribed. This price covers the initial med only.

Provides a structured approach to weight loss through the use of approved medications alongside lifestyle change.

Refill service is for established weight management patients currently on therapy. The provider will review your medical history, medication tolerance, side effects, weight progress, and submitted questionnaire before authorizing a refill or dose adjustment.

Medication pricing varies based on:
• Medication type
• Dosage level
• Pharmacy cost at time of order
• Shipping and state regulations
Current medication pricing is outlined in your signed consent and updated fee schedule. Final medication charges are invoiced after provider review and confirmation of the appropriate dose. No medication is ordered without patient approval of the invoice.

It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

Pediatric home sick visit services are available evenings and weekends.  We provide high-quality medical care for a wide range of common pediatric illnesses right in your home, reducing the need for Urgent care visits and allowing your child to recover in a familiar environment. We also provide return-to-school and return-to-work notes to ensure your child can resume their activities. Cost for our pediatric home sick visits,  includes point-of-care tests
