Meet Lisa Adams
Nurse Practitioner with a passion for obesity management, depression and chronic disease management
Hello! I'm Lisa Adams, your dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a passion for providing compassionate and comprehensive care. My expertise extends to detailed assessments, wound care, obesity management, addiction medicine, heart failure, hypertension, diabetes and much more. I am committed to problem-solving, critical thinking, and leading with empathy.
I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families, making complex healthcare information understandable. As an advocate for lifelong learning, I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree at Wichita State University, aiming to further enhance my skills and knowledge.
My work experience spans across various settings including home healthcare, long-term care facilities, group homes, skilled nursing facilities, addiction recovery centers, and hospitals.
