With dual certifications as a Life Coach Practitioner and a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I offer a holistic approach to care. I treat my patients like they are my only patient. I am committed to listening carefully and making sure I fully understand where you thrive and where you don't. I won't use a lot of psycho babble and will speak to you like a real person. I like to put a lot of thought and effort into each individual I work with. I will not just write a prescription and send you on your way.... I carefully consider all aspects of your life and diagnosis to make sure we get it right. I love to learn and keep it fresh with new and emerging treatments. I am a fun and compassionate med provider who believes in treating mind, body and soul. Together we will get you to where you want to be.
