Hello and welcome! I'm Afi Kpakossou, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people manage their mental health. With nine years of nursing experience under my belt, I've gained extensive experience in evaluating patients, managing medications, and treating both adults and children dealing with behavioral health disorders.
Currently, I am part of the dedicated team at Pinnacle Behavioral Health and Wellness., where I focus on initial patient evaluations, medication management, and coordinating care to ensure comprehensive treatment for my patients.
In my previous roles, I worked as a Night Supervisor and psychiatric nurse, providing hands-on care and developing nursing care plans. I've honed my skills in everything from medication administration to physical and psychiatric assessments.
