Hi, I'm Sean Thomas, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Smithtown, NY. With over a decade of experience in mental health care, I'm committed to helping patients achieve their best mental well-being.
I hold a Master's in Mental Health Psychiatric Nursing from SUNY at Stony Brook and a Bachelor's in Nursing. My background also includes a degree in Psychology. Over the years, I've had the honor of being on the Dean’s List multiple times.
Currently, I work at Mountainside Addiction Treatment Center, where I conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications. My role involves working closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care. At Family Service League, I have provided similar services, focusing on both adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues.
I'm dedicated to offering personalized care and making a real difference in my patients' lives. Whether it's through evaluations, medication management, or treatment referrals, my goal is to support your journey to better mental health.
