As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide a whole person approach to mental health. I work with adults who are seeking professionally guided and scientifically based help for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma.
My goal is to work with you in such a way that you feel like you have ownership of your care. It is intended to be a collaborative effort to develop a treatment plan that feels doable while providing education and support along the way. Therapeutic approaches may include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, lifestyle coaching, mind body therapies and medication management.
