Hello! I'm Florence Fadele, your dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a heart for community health. With a rich background in education, including a doctorate in Nursing Practice, I bring over 15 years of experience to the table. My journey began with a strong foundation in nursing and education from prestigious institutions, culminating in a Master's in Education for Guidance and Counseling.
Since then, I've been privileged to serve diverse communities across various healthcare settings—from hospitals to clinics and even within the correctional system. Currently, I'm proud to be part of the caring team at Valley View Health Center, where every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life.

My goal is to apply professional knowledge to address physical and emotional concerns and to evaluate restoration of health back to normal state. The purpose of the practice is to ensure that patients feel their health concerns was attended to and that follow up appointment or feedback resulted in a satisfied condition of health.
