Weight Loss New Patient Initial Visit
During your initial medical weight loss visit, we’ll review your medical history, lifestyle, and weight-related concerns to create a personalized, treatment plan. This includes discussing FDA-approved weight loss medications evaluating your current labs or ordering new ones if needed, and providing guidance on nutrition, physical activity, and goals. If appropriate, Medication will be ordered or a prescription provided, and we’ll schedule a follow-up visit in 4 weeks for continued management.

During your urgent care tele-health visit, we’ll address your immediate medical concern, such as infections, minor injuries, rashes, cold and flu symptoms, or urinary issues, through a focused assessment and targeted treatment plan. We’ll review your symptoms, medical history, and any medications, then provide prescriptions to your local pharmacy, typically ready for pick up in less than 2 hours, home care instructions, or referrals as needed to ensure fast, effective relief.
