Mental Health with an individual touch

•	Outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
•	Provide Telehealth and in-person outpatient services for adult psychiatric patients requiring medication management and psychotherapy.
•	Care for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, eating disorders, addiction and schizophrenia amongst others.
•	Provide referrals for TMS, ADHD testing, autism testing and psychotherapy services.


Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

•	Outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
•	Provide Telehealth and in-person outpatient services for adult psychiatric patients requiring medication management and psychotherapy.
•	Care for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, eating disorders, addiction and schizophrenia amongst others.
•	Provide referrals for TMS, ADHD testing, autism testing and psychotherapy services.

•	515 hours medication management clinical hours under the supervision of a board certified PMHNP. 
•	Across the life span management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar, addiction, eating disorders, developmental disorders, conduct disorders, amongst others.
•	Management of psychoactive agents such as SSRIs, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, anxiolytics, and hypnotics amongst other drugs.


Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Internship

•	155 hours of psychotherapy clinical hours in addiction medicine under the supervision of a board-certified clinical psychologist.
•	Provided supervised psychotherapy services to individual patients and groups in the inpatient and outpatient setting.


•	Preop and recovery room Registered Nurse at Henry Mayo Newhall Medical Center 

ICU/PACU Travel Registered Nurse

•	Preop/PACU care of patients undergoing procedures such as pain management, orthopedics, endoscopies, and gynecological surgeries.
•	Moderate sedation for outpatient surgeries.
•	Psychotherapeutic and pharmacologic interventions to manage pre and post procedure anxiety/fear.


Moderate Sedation Registered Nurse

•	Care of open-heart surgery patients, cardiac cath lab post care, surgical intensive care, respiratory failure and Covid19 intensive care and other critical patients. 
•	Care of veterans with mental health disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, dissociative disorders, and schizophrenia.
•	Treatment of patients with active delirium, schizophrenia, and paranoid disorder with psychotherapeutic and pharmacological interventions.


ICU Registered Nurse

•	Preop/Recovery for the cardiac cath lab including removing arterial/venous sheaths, managing cardiac drips, and phase I & II recovery of TAVRs, coronary interventions, and electrophysiology procedures. 
•	Management of pre/post procedural anxiety and other mental health disorders through psychotherapeutic communication and occasionally pharmacological interventions to relax the patient.
•	Charge nurse and clinical preceptor duties.


Ambulatory Care/Preop/Recovery Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse

•	Management of pre and post organ transplant patients, open heart surgery (CABG, Valve replacement, ETOH withdrawal, Balloon pumps, ECMO, VADs), rapid response deteriorating patients from the med-surg floors, ENT, OBGYN and Trauma.
•	Management of vasoactive drips, psychoactive drugs, sedation drips, and chest tubes amongst other critical care devices.
•	Management of ICU delirium/psychosis, schizophrenia, personality disorders and other mental health disorders. 
•	Management of antipsychotics, SSRIs, mood stabilizers and others.
•	Management of level 1traumas, ETOH withdrawal, rapid response.


Travel ICU Registered Nurse

•	Transport from stable to critically ill patients from bedside to bedside.
•	Job duties include managing every aspect of the patient (Physical and Mental) while in flight. 
•	Management of flight anxiety, dementia amongst other mental health disorders.
•	Management of psychoactive agents such as benzodiazepines for acute anxiety/panic and antipsychotics such as intramuscular haloperidol and olanzapine for delirium patients, especially in acute situations.


Flight Nurse

•	Management of pre and post organ transplant patients, open heart surgery (CABG, Valve replacement, ETOH withdrawal, Balloon pumps, ECMO, VADs), rapid response deteriorating patients from the med-surg floors, ENT, OBGYN and Trauma.
•	Management of vasoactive drips, psychoactive drugs, sedation drips, and chest tubes amongst other critical care devices.
•	Management of ICU delirium/psychosis, schizophrenia, personality disorders and other mental health disorders. 
•	Management of antipsychotics, SSRIs, mood stabilizers and others.

•	Nursing assistant duties include bathing patients, helping with personal needs, feeding during mealtimes, blood sugar checks, assisting RNs.
•	Therapeutic communication practice with patients with a variety of medical and psychiatric diagnoses.


Nursing Assistant

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options. Currently seeing Patient via Telehealth only. Will be moving into a hybrid model and offering in-person visits soon. Most major insurance carriers accepted. Inquire for more information.

Initial Visit- Cash Pay

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. Currently seeing Patient via Telehealth only. Will be moving into a hybrid model and offering in-person visits soon. Most major insurance carriers accepted. Inquire for more information.
