In this role, I have worked across diverse settings, including partial hospitalization programs (PHP), residential treatment, detox facilities, and outpatient care, providing comprehensive support to clients during critical moments in their mental health journey. I have helped clients navigate mental health crises, stabilize their conditions, and transition to lower levels of care, empowering them to regain control of their lives. I have facilitated their return to work and daily activities by offering personalized care plans and therapeutic interventions, fostering resilience and long-term recovery.

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
