An initial visit with a provider typically includes a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and a treatment plan.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan.  

As a PMHNP-BC, I have provided comprehensive mental health care to a diverse population, delivering evidence-based interventions and individualized treatment plans for patients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other psychiatric disorders. I have successfully managed medication regimens, supported patients through medication adjustments, and coordinated care with therapists and primary care providers to ensure holistic treatment. Additionally, I have educated patients on their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.
