Free Consultation

A 25 minute follow up involves a review of recent life stressors, symptom updates, and an assessment of how the treatment plan is working.  It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the client's needs. Minor issues or straightforward dose changes can be addressed, along with holistic approaches.

25 Minute Follow Up

A comprehensive evaluation during which we review your health history, psychiatric treatment history, symptoms and lifestyle and we develop an initial integrative treatment plan to get you feeling better. This plan will involve a holistic approach of your choice, potentially including lifestyle modifications, lab testing, therapy, medication or supplements. 

75 Minute Initial Visit

A longer follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, discussing lifestyle changes or other holistic strategies, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
