	•	Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with military medical protocols.
	•	Support the physical and mental well-being of military personnel and their families.


Nurse Practitioner

	•	Perform comprehensive assessments, including physical exams and medical history reviews.
	•	Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, infections, and other urgent medical conditions.
	•	Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, lab work, and EKGs.
	•	Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions based on clinical findings.
	•	Provide wound care, suturing, and other minor procedures as needed.
	•	Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
	•	Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for continuity of care and referrals when necessary.
	•	Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
	•	Ensure adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and protocols, prioritizing patient safety and quality care.
	•	Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current on urgent care practices.
