Diagnosis, management, and treatment of mental health disorders through medication-focused treatments, delivering personalized medication strategies to enhance patients' mental well-being.

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, and an mutual assessment of whether the provider is the right fit for the patient. 

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's condition plan, assessing improved or any new symptoms or managing effectivenss, ineffectiveness or side-effects of medication and treatments. 

This service is for the completion of simple forms for established patients only.  More complex forms such as those for weigt. loss surgery may require a follow up visit appointment
