An initial visit with me involves us reviewing your medical history, physical examination, and possibly diagnostic tests to evaluate your  health, identify issues, and develop a treatment plan.

A follow-up visit with involves checking the progress of your established treatment plan from our previous session(s), assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure your optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A medication refill appointment typically involves a brief review of your existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the medication refill, and issuing a new prescription, if appropriate. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.
