Licensed Professional Counselor

I served many roles at this facility ranging from clinical therapist to project director. I had the chance to serve individuals of all ages, couples, families and groups. I was also instrumental in bringing Dialectical Behavior Therapy to this facility.

Clinical therapist

An initial visit with a provider typically includes a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and a treatment plan. 

Provides psychological support and counseling through various talk therapy (non-medication focused) techniques.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan.  

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, and an mutual assessment of whether the provider is the right fit for the patient. 

At this appointment we will gather information about your presenting challenge, past and current stressors and what the thing you hope to accomplish in therapy is.

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, physical examination, and possibly diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop a treatment plan.
