I see patients with psychiatric disorders. I provide individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy. 
Prescribe and refill medications.


PMHNP-BC

•	Performed all required patient care, physical assessment, documentation, and medication administration.
•	Delegate and supervise the patient care performed by medics and LPNs.
•	Contact doctors to report on changes observed and receive updated patient orders.
•	Triage patients, assist with stat EKGs, and transfer patients to different facilities.
•	Take part in codes.
•	Work as a team to attend to emergencies as they come into the department.
•	Ensured infection control standards, hospital policies and procedures, and fire safety procedures following unit and department operating policies.
•	Provide care for active-duty soldiers, dependents, and veterans.
•	Coordinate follow-up appointments for soldiers who need sick calls.
•	Provide care for behavioral health patients by clearing them medically and admitting those who require admission to the Behavioral unit.
