Performs: Psychiatric evaluations, Diagnoses and prescribes Psychotropic medications. Treats ages 6 y/o to 65 y/o 

Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner 

Clinical Leader: provides outpatient telepsychiatric care to over 300 clients monthly to include: children, adolescence and adults. Provides psychiatric mental health care through assessment, diagnosis, clinical judgment and management.
Prescribe psychotropic medications and can control and monitor client on the Clozaril registry. Authority to refer and evaluate clients for specialized therapies, disability, home school, and court order needs. Ability to treat clients at five  different clinics to include residential and adults with physical and intellectual
disabilities.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 

Performed psychiatric care to children and adults in both outpatient and school settings.The clients receive psychiatric evaluations and follow up care that include therapeutic intervention and psychotropic medications. Referrals are made for specialized therapies, disabilities, home school, and court order needs.

Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 

Clinical leader; that provides inpatient psychiatric care on a 39 - bed inpatient psychiatric unit; outpatient and on call experience. Provides psychiatric mental health care through assessment, diagnosis, clinical judgment and management abilities to restore, maintain and improve the mental health status of patients.
Prescribe psychotropic medications. Family and individual therapy with family and members of treatment team

Performed psychiatric evaluations, follow ups services for adult male inmate population. Diagnosed and treated with psychotropic medications. 

Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Psychiatric evaluation

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.
