Psychoeducation is provided to help patients better understand their diagnoses, along with motivational and supportive therapies to guide them through their journey. Personalized treatment plans are developed, with psychopharmacological treatments prescribed and monitored for efficacy and side effects. Comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations are conducted, and pharmacogenetic results are interpreted and clearly communicated to optimize treatment outcomes.

As a Charge Nurse, direct supervision and delegation were provided to the care team, ensuring collaboration on patient care plans and adherence to Standards of Care. During emergencies such as Code Blue and Chest Pain alerts, immediate care was delivered as part of a coordinated team response. Comprehensive knowledge of the nursing process was applied, with a strong emphasis on advocating for patients and families. Therapeutic interventions were administered and monitored, all within ethical and legal boundaries to ensure high-quality care.

It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.
