This is a comprehensive 75 min psychiatric evaluation in my White Plains office or virtually for patients who are new to my practice. I will review your intake paperwork prior to the session. You will have the opportunity to talk freely and express your current concerns. We will also go over your past coping patterns, past medical history, treatment goals. We will come up with an initial treatment plan together including  labs, genetic testing, medications, supplements & psychotherapy

Initial Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation-

This involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. I will also provide psychotherapy based on clinical need including supportive psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, IFS and mindful self-compassion.

Follow-up visit : 45mins

This involves a brief review of existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the medication refill, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and supportive psychotherapy


Follow up visit : 30mins

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance.
