An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit-Comprehensive Appointment

Talk Therapy consists of setting treatment plan and goals. The method will be mutually chosen by provider and patient. Modalities include Mindfulness-Based (MBCT),Motivational Interviewing, or Coaching.
