Consultation/Intake

A therapy session with a provider involves setting goals, prioritizing needs/wants, well-being assessment as needed to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

Initial/First Therapy Session 

A returning session with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new  concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Returning Therapy Session

A group therapy session with a provider involves setting goals, prioritizing needs/wants, well-being assessment as needed to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.
