Licensed Psychotherapist and Health Coach

Lauren Rothstein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR-trained therapist, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with over 30 years of experience. She earned a BA in Psychology from Syracuse University and an MSW from Adelphi University, and later completed her Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to support a more holistic, mind-body approach to healing.

Lauren has worked in both private practice and leading treatment centers, including as a Primary Therapist and later co-owner of Lifeskills of South Florida, where she developed specialized programs such as the Eating Wellness track. She has led trauma and emotional eating groups across multiple South Florida facilities.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up visit

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.
