In my functional medicine practice, I have successfully helped patients achieve their health goals through a personalized and integrative approach. During my time in primary care at the VA, I served as Clinical Champion of Whole Health, where I played a key role in incorporating holistic and integrative medicine into patient care. I focused on bringing a patient-centered approach that emphasized lifestyle management, preventive care, and the use of alternative therapies. Through this work, I helped to enhance care for veterans, supporting their overall well-being and empowering them to take charge of their health.

In my surgical experience, I served as a first assist in various surgeries, collaborating closely with surgeons to ensure successful outcomes. I also made hospital rounds, providing post-operative care and support to patients. My work involved utilizing advanced surgical technologies to enhance patient care and streamline procedures, contributing to better recovery and overall patient experiences.

For 14 years, I worked as a registered nurse, primarily in the ICU, where I provided critical care to patients in life-threatening situations. My experience also extended to MedSurg and travel nursing, allowing me to adapt to diverse healthcare settings and patient needs. In these roles, I developed strong clinical skills, the ability to manage complex cases, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

I will thoroughly assess your medical history, current health status, and weight management goals. We will discuss how Semaglutide and Tirzepatide works as a treatment options for weight loss and which program best fits your wants and needs. If you choose to proceed with a Peptide Program, labs will be ordered and your personalized Peptide Revolution Weight Loss Program handout with link will be attached to your visit summary for your direct access to maximize your results!

Provides a structured approach to weight loss through the use of approved medications alongside lifestyle change.

In a Semaglutide Weight Loss Follow-Up appointment, we will review your progress, assess any changes in your weight and overall health, and address any concerns or side effects you may be experiencing. Based on your progress, I will make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to ensure continued success in reaching your weight loss goals. Includes reorder of Semaglutide 4.5ml Vial of medication and injection supplies. Vial lasts 11-22 weeks depending upon dosing.

During a Tirzepatide Weight Loss Follow-Up appointment, we’ll assess your progress, monitor changes in your weight and overall health, and discuss any concerns or side effects you may be experiencing. I will make any needed adjustments to your treatment plan to ensure you stay on track toward reaching your weight loss goals and reorder medication (2) 2ml vials and supplies. Will last ~12 weeks if at 5mg weekly, will last 8.5 weeks if taking 7mg, will last 6.5 weeks if taking 10mg weekly, etc. 

Discuss side effects, dosing, and answer any questions in regards to The Peptide Revolution Program content while offering support through your weight loss journey. 

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, and an mutual assessment of whether the provider is the right fit for the patient.
