A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan.  

A medication refill appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of the existing patient's medical history, side effects of the medication, and review of the assigned questionnaire. A telemedicine visit is not necessary, but can be requested at the provider's discretion.

Provide Patients with Psychiatric Telehealth and In-Person services including , assessment,
diagnosis, medication management, education and counseling of psychiatric conditions in
general, and Attention Deficit (ADHD) in particular. Maintain appropriate patients health records
and prepare reports concerning their clinical management.
