manage patient medications, educate patients for disease prevention, disease process, and medication
expected results and possible side effects.

Traditional Family Practice facility treating patients of all ages including preventative care, chronic care,
and acute care. Procedures include injections, suturing, skin tag/wart removal, and birth control.

A medication refill appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of the existing patient's medical history, side effects of the medication, and review of the assigned questionnaire. A telemedicine visit is typically not necessary, but can be requested at the provider's discretion.
