Your first visit includes a comprehensive health assessment focused on sustainable weight management using GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda, Zepbound) or compounded alternatives. We'll review your medical history, weight goals, lifestyle, and lab work (if needed), and create a personalized plan that may include prescription support, nutrition guidance, and follow-up care.

Offers specialized care for skin, hair, and nails, treating a wide range of skin conditions, performing skin surgeries, and providing cosmetic enhancements.

A brief 15-minute consult for patients with questions about their skin concerns, to explore whether dermatologic treatment is appropriate. Ideal for new patients who are unsure if they need a full visit or treatment plan. No prescriptions or treatment plans are provided in this session.

A follow-up visit to monitor response to your treatment plan, discuss any new or ongoing skin issues, and make adjustments as needed. Includes review of treatment effectiveness, side effects, and possible prescription or skincare updates.

For existing dermatology patients in need of medication refills or adjustments. This service includes a review of your current dermatologic treatment (e.g., acne, eczema, hair loss, psoriasis, etc.), assessment of medication effectiveness or side effects, and issuance of a new prescription if clinically appropriate.

An initial visit with a provider typically includes a medical history review, an assessment of infectious symptoms (e.g., sore throat, rash, UTI, discharge, cough, etc.), diagnostic evaluation (when applicable), and a treatment plan which may include prescriptions or further testing.

Focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of infectious diseases; managing acute and chronic infections, providing vaccinations, and offering travel health advice.

A consultation allows patients to ask questions about infection symptoms, explore potential causes, and determine whether a full visit or testing is needed. This is not intended for prescriptions or treatment plans.

A follow-up visit to evaluate treatment response, address lingering symptoms, review test results, or modify the initial plan of care for infections. This visit may also include medication adjustment or symptom monitoring.

For eligible patients needing medication refills or adjustments related to an existing infection diagnosis. Includes a brief review of treatment history and current symptoms to determine whether a refill is appropriate.
