Within this practice I see patients aged 5-99 with a variety of complex medical/psychiatric problems. It is my core belief that the prescriber/patient relationship is that of a partnership. I carefully tailor each treatment plan to the individual and work alongside each patient to develop both short term and long term goals. I listen carefully and give patients time that way they feel heard, understood and not rushed.

Within this practice I see patients aged 5-99 with a variety of complex medical/psychiatric problems. I have been able to successfully build my case load and retain my patients with the simple practice of partnership. It is my core belief that the prescriber/patient relationship is that of a partnership. I carefully tailor each treatment plan to the individual and work alongside each patient to develop both short term and long term goals. I listen carefully and give patients time that way they feel heard, understood and not rushed. 

In this RN role I see patients of all ages coming into the emergency department for variety reasons. I am professionally trained to handle any type of medical emergency and am able to fulfill any assignment to include Triage, Trauma etc.

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
