In our session, I will review any previous tests, conduct a structured clinical interview, and assess your symptoms and daily functioning. The evaluation typically takes 45 to 60 minutes, giving us the chance to explore your history, talk through your challenges, and ensure you feel truly understood. If applicable, we will also discuss treatment options, including medication choices.


A medication refill appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of the existing patient's medical history, side effects of the medication, and review of the assigned questionnaire. A telemedicine visit is typically not necessary, but can be requested at the provider's discretion.

Psychotherapy is a process where you work with a trained therapist to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Through conversations and various techniques, you can learn to manage symptoms, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan.
