• Provide Psychiatry mental health evaluation, screening, treatment, and education of adults and family • Prescribed appropriate psychotropic medications and manage effectiveness • Work in collaboration and under the supervision of the psychiatrist to establish and provide excellent and safe mental health services • Able to effectively diagnose mental health illnesses, manage and coordinate the mental health care of the clients • Provide health education and counseling and make appropriate referrals • Maintain health records according to HIPPA guidelines • Direct and collaborate with providers for specific conditions/crisis that may require hospitalization under the Bake Act criteria or any change in psychiatric condition View all

• Provide nurse case management to injured workers, assisting in restoring them to maximum medical improvement and prompt gainful employment through effective communication and utilization of appropriate resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes. • Educate patients and family regarding medication, illness management, special treatment, and self-care and establish and gain trust • Provide superior and culturally sensitive service to patients and family • Provide medical case management service consistent with URAC standards and CMSA Standards of Practice and Quality Improvement (QI) Guidelines to patients/employees receiving benefits under an Insurance Line, including but not limited to Workers' Compensation, Group Health, Liability, and Disability. • Assess the injured worker's medical and psychosocial needs related to the workers' compensation injury. • Direct referral for medical treatment to a network of physicians, specialists, and other medical providers and to phView all
