Hello! I'm Tanya Jilkevorkian, APRN, FNP-C, a Family Medicine Certified Nurse Practitioner with almost a decade in healthcare. I specialize in managing acute and chronic conditions and care for patients of all ages while offering wellness coaching and weight management. My extensive healthcare background includes work in trauma, emergency rooms, ICU, flight, business operations, and concierge medicine.

At Azalea Health and Wellness, I believe in a holistic approach to healthcare that puts patients first. Fluent in both English and Armenian, I prioritize effective communication with my patients and their families.

Education has been an important part of my journey. I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing from United States University in San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University Long Beach.

Currently, I work as a Nurse Practitioner at Azalea Health and Wellness in Longwood, FL, and Advent Health in Altamonte Springs, FL. I manage a range of acute and chronic conditions, perform thorough physical exams, and collaborate closely with specialty providers to ensure the best care for my patients.
