Meet Jill Garrett
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner who is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center currently specializing in Weight Loss Management
Hello! I'm Jill E. Garrett, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. My journey started as a Staff Nurse and has led me to my current role, where I continue to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to my patients.
I earned my Master's in Nursing from Indiana State University and my Bachelor's from the College of West Virginia. Over the years, I've worked in various settings, including ICU, Progressive Care, and Cardiovascular Medicine. Each role has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and skills to deliver the best care.
I hold certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, CPR, and I’m board-certified by the ANCC. I also have prescriptive authority in both West Virginia and Virginia. My experience includes working at esteemed institutions like Charleston Area Medical Center and Princeton Community Hospital.
My goal is always to create a supportive and healing environment where patients feel heard and cared for. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and exploring the great outdoors.
I'm here to listen, treat, and support you on your health journey. Let's work together towards your best health!
