Meet Barbara Abigide

Hello! I'm Barbara Abigide, a Family Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (FNP-BC) with a passion for providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare. With a broad range of experience in various healthcare settings, I am dedicated to ensuring you receive the best possible care.

I have worked in several hospitals, clinics, and community health centers across California, Texas, and New York. My responsibilities have included everything from diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, to performing physical exams and managing chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. I also have experience in administering COVID tests and vaccines, as well as providing monoclonal antibody infusions, and medical weight loss management.

Patient education is critical to me. I focus on promoting healthy lifestyles that include good nutrition, regular exercise, and habits that contribute to overall well-being. I take pride in developing and administering personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

In addition to my clinical work, I strongly believe in effective communication. I make it a priority to keep you and your family well-informed and comfortable with your care plan, referring you to specialists when necessary, and coordinating with other caregivers to ensure seamless care.
