My name is Happiness Nwadike. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)- Across Life Span with years of experience in psychiatric evaluations and medication management. My treatment plan incorporates newer medication and evidenced based practices into care. This is for new patients. This is a comprehensive assessment of symptoms, health and medication history. A treatment plan is created using medication and/or therapy.

Medication Management
This is for existing patients. A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
