I’m Obioma Eke-Okoro, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience across acute care, primary care, pediatrics, correctional health, home health, and community wellness. At BrightBloom Wellness Group, I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to treating patients across the lifespan.
My background includes working in fast-paced environments like emergency departments and surgical recovery units, as well as providing thoughtful, personalized care in homes, clinics, and underserved communities. I’ve treated a wide range of conditions—acute and chronic—and supported individuals through prenatal care, childhood wellness visits, weight management, gynecologic and reproductive health, injury recovery, and more.
I have a vast experience in providing accessible, front-line care including physicals, immunizations, chronic disease management, and STI prevention and treatment for patients. I stay current with the best practices and deliver care that is safe and efficient.

I believe weight loss isn’t one-size-fits-all. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I take a personalized, holistic approach to help you understand your body and build sustainable habits that work. I offer evidence-based strategies, mindset support, and when appropriate, prescribe FDA-approved medications like Semaglutide and other GLP-1 receptor agonists to help reset your metabolism and support long-term success. All care is delivered via telemedicine in a safe, judgment-free space—so you can feel empowered, confident, and in control of your wellness journey.
