Hi, I’m Anne Simmons, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, AMB-BC, CNE — a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Hope in Motion – Psychiatric Wellness.
With over a decade of experience in nursing, I’ve cared for individuals across the lifespan in settings ranging from pediatric clinics to skilled nursing facilities. I understand how complex and personal the journey toward wellness can be — because I’ve walked it myself as a provider, a mother, a spouse, and a lifelong learner. My clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and helping patients rebuild motivation and self-trust.
I created Hope in Motion to offer compassionate, individualized care that truly sees you — not just your diagnosis.
