Meet Natalie Farquharson
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Medication Management & Therapy | NJ & NY Telehealth
I am a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in healthcare. I provide thoughtful, evidence-based medication management and supportive psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance use concerns.
My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I take time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and work with you to develop a plan that aligns with your goals and values. I believe effective mental health care should feel supportive, respectful, and empowering.
I offer psychiatric medication management, including treatment for opioid use disorder (MAT), as well as ongoing supportive therapy. Appointments are available via secure telehealth across New Jersey and New York, with in-person visits available in New Jersey.
