A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. Your provider will review medical history, medications, vital signs, prescribe medications, and provide brief psychotherapy during session.
