An established patient 115 minute virtual visit for mental health conditions involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Neuropsychological testing is required for all new ADHD diagnosis's that are eligible to be treated with stimulant medications and that have never had neuropsychological testing. I also use the neuropsychological testing to evaluate treatment response. I use Creyos for this diagnostic evaluation. It is a computer-based test that objectively measures the core signs of ADHD: Hyperactivity, Impulsivity and Inattention. This visit only includes Creyos Testing. You will be given voucher to complete.

Monthly service fee of $129/month for yearly membership package with monthly visit: INCLUDES ADHD TREATMENT WITH STIMULANTS. Package year monthly package includes (7) follow up video visits, (8) refills, (1) in person visit, ekg, Neuropsychological testing, and routine lab work including required urine drug screen. This is an in person follow up appointments for established clients only. Clients who are treated with stimulants for ADHD will require one in person visit annually prior to receiving a controlled substance prescription due to State and Federal Regulations starting January 1, 2026. A 30 minute follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan. Complex visits are required for any lapses in care > 90 days or for complex patient needs. 

Men's health concerns including ED and sexual dysfunction are the corner stone of this program. Monthly service includes 1 video visit & refill monthly via your local pharmacy. Labs may be needed and are not included in this fee. Some medications may have an additional fee if ordered through a compounding pharmacy.

A complex follow-up visit with a provider involves reviewing the results of labs ordered during the initial visit and discussing various treatment options.

In office EKG performed at in person visit. Required a maximum of every 2 years for clients on stimulant treatment. Clients with hypertension, palpitations, tachycardia, or abnormal EKG's readings will be required to have more frequent EKG's. Please discuss with your provider. 

Urine Drug Screens may be required during treatment for monitoring as required for compliance with State & Federal guidelines. You can opt to complete your Urine Drug Test at your in person visit for a fee of $50.

Virtual visit for urgent health conditions such as throat pain, Ear, Nose, or Throat Problems, Cold, Flu, Cough, Rash, or other Skin Problem, Sinus Problems & Sinusitis, and Urinary Tract Infections.​These appointments can typically be made for same the day so that you can get to feeling better ASAP! Mindfulness is integral to your health care goals. Mindfulness-based treatments have been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress.

In the program you will start with the introduction to mindfulness and learn the basics of mindfulness. You will learn the different types of mindfulness and begin to determine what type of mindfulness is for you and will work best in your life. Once that is completed you will then move onto the course building a winning mindset.

Mindfulness and Your Health

The elimination diet is at the core of functional medicine and is aimed to help with repairing your gut and identifying sensitivities even when you do not believe that you have one! This program is a video guided self study that you can complete at your convenience. This diet is the Gold Standard when you are trying to identify food allergies and sensitivities. This program is designed to be completed while doing a full elimination diet and typically takes 4-6 weeks.

EKG'S are required at minimum once every 2 years for all clients that are on stimulant therapy. For clients that would like to complete the EKG at the in person visit I am able to complete a 6L EKG. The EKG will identify concerning rhythms that could be fatal if mixed with a stimulant medication.
