In my role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of providing comprehensive mental health care to a diverse range of clients. Through empathetic listening and evidence-based interventions, I've helped individuals navigate through challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder. By fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and collaboration, I've empowered my clients to take control of their mental wellness journey. Additionally, I've remained committed to staying updated with the latest advancements in psychiatric care, further enhancing the quality of services I offer.

In my role as an RN charge nurse for an inpatient psychiatric unit, I oversaw the clinical operations and ensured the delivery of high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs. I effectively managed a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment where each member contributed to the holistic care of our patients.
