A medication refill appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of the existing patient's medical history, side effects of the medication, and review of the assigned questionnaire. A telemedicine visit is typically not necessary, but can be requested at the provider's discretion. For current patients only.

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs. Must be current patient.

Prescription service/refill

For completion of forms, documents, proof of diagnosis to be sent/faxed to outside facilities or organizations. For current patients only.

Requests to cancel or alter current prescriptions and transfer prescriptions to a new pharmacy. Due to drug or pharmacy availability issues. For current patients only.
