Psychotherapist

Provide individualized therapy for adolescents and adults through various processes including, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapeutic practices. Sessions may include, but are not limited to, developing interpersonal skills, identifying crisis and coping behaviors, implementing healthy coping skills, and identifying cognitive distortions. 

Deliver group therapy sessions to clients using various processes and theories with special emphasis on, but not limited to, group treatment of eating disorders. Provide individual therapy sessions as needed to clients along with case in accordance with professional standards and clinical polices/practices. Assists in orientation and training of new staff and promote client’s involvement in the treatment program.

Group Therapist & Direct Care Counselor

Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with patients, administering TMS services to people diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder. Communicate and collaborate with prescribing doctors, staff, and organization manager regarding patient condition. Assessed and reviewed patient symptomology throughout their treatment plan. 

Treatment Coordinator

An initial visit with the therapist involves establishing treatment expectations, identifying issues, and establishing client goals for therapy.

Initial Therapy Visit

A follow-up visit with the therapist involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Therapy Session

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with the therapist to determine if their services are a good fit over the phone.

Free Consultation

A confidential service that addresses personalized fitness and movement goals in addition to therapy sessions. Workouts will emphasize on flexibility, toning, and strength using bodyweight in addition to client fitness goals. *This is an out-of-pocket fee* 

Personal Training

This initial assessment involves establishing fitness goals, completing a series of movement assessments to create a baseline of the client's current level of fitness, and developing a workout program. *This is an out-of-pocket fee*
