An initial visit with a provider typically includes a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and a treatment plan. 

Provides psychological support and counseling through various talk therapy (non-medication focused) techniques.

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, and an mutual assessment of whether the provider is the right fit for the patient. 

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan.
