Hello, I'm Megan. I'm dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and support. I specialize in working with those facing anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, drawing on years of experience to guide my clients toward healing and growth.
Before entering private practice, I worked extensively in a residential treatment setting, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of their most difficult moments. That experience deepened my commitment to helping people rebuild their lives with strength and self-compassion.
I have a particular passion for supporting clients through major life transitions—whether you're stepping down from a higher level of care, starting college, or facing another significant change. These transitions can bring a mix of emotions, and I’m here to help you navigate them with confidence and resilience.
